Tourist

Today we took a break from our work at the cabin and went to the Sautee village to have lunch. Clark worked as the electrician's appentice his morning and we now have power for the hot tub.
Unfortunately, we didn't get a discount for his helpfulness. Too bad, but we are SO close now to bubbling goodness!

Before lunch, we walked into the Sautee General Store and ran into a couple we knew from Albany! What are the chances? Today I must be sure to buy a lotto ticket. After talking with them awhile, we decided to have dinner out tonite with them. Another break from projects.

After lunch, we walked thru some of the shops and came back home to wait for the hot tub delivery driver, when he called earlier today, he said he was finishing up in Augusta and call from Helen for directions. However, when he called back, he was in Charlotte, NC and had 2 more stops to make, one in NC and one in SC, so his ETA would be 10 pm - midnight.
GRRRR, not his fault, that's what the office had originally told Clark, but still, disappointing.

Thank goodness for polar fleece and gloves, it will be pretty cold that late, but after its installed, and filled, it takes 7 hours for it to get to temperature, so we want it tonite, not tomorrow.

We plan on bubbling before we head home Sunday, doggone it!!
