Parts is Parts!

Living with 5 dogs, you never know what you are going to encounter.

After work yesterday, I went outside and saw some nice new holes some dog had dug. Off to the side of one, was this thick tree root. Wait a minute, the tree root has claws!

While I am thankful to have found this in the yard instead of the house, it still leaves me with a few questions..... What creature did this belong to, where is the rest of the body and when did this happen???
It looks pretty gross in the picture and if you had Smell-O-Vision, you would get the true benefit of the whole thing.
